Sometimes, when you use an MTN network in a particular area, the signal may be poor, and you might even be told to climb a tree to get better reception. That location does not mean the network is entirely bad; it simply means that area is not favorable for it. Interestingly, in the same place, a Glo network might work perfectly well.
Life is similar. There are places, relationships, and environments where your talents, efforts, and presence are not appreciated. Remaining there may limit your growth and make you doubt your worth. Yet, in another environment, the same qualities may be recognized, valued, and celebrated.
Therefore, stay where your presence is appreciated and your potential can flourish. Do not force yourself on people or places that consistently fail to value you. Know your worth, and position yourself where your value is recognized.
